Every year on February 14, thoughts of love and romance fill our hearts and minds. Planning a romantic getaway for just the two of you provides a chance to celebrate your relationship and have some time to enjoy Valentine’s Day. Cape Cod extends a warm embrace to you with so many special activities to explore. We thought we would give you some ideas for spending some time with your sweetheart. We’ve put together a day’s itinerary of things to see and do while you’re here on Cape Cod. At the end of the itinerary, you’ll find some additional ideas to further customize your stay.

Our Valentine’s Special begins Thursday, February 9, and runs through Sunday, February 19, 2023. After a special breakfast made just for you, head out into the great outdoors for a walk around the Cape. Take some time to slow down and enjoy the crisp, winter beauty around you. Walking hand in hand, chatting about the upcoming two days, looking at a beautiful beach or woodland, these moments are magical. These paths provide some elegant scenery:

We love to see couples enjoying so many of the romantic spots our town has to offer. The above itinerary is just a sampling of all there is to experience on Cape Cod. We would be remiss without mentioning chocolate! The best cups of hot chocolate come from Cape Cod Chocolatier, the Chocolate Cafe, or Gone Chocolate. Maybe you would have some time to add in a little shopping — antique and vintage stores are very “in” these days! Try the Antiques Center of Yarmouth or Simply Vintage of Cape Cod for a little shopping with your partner.
Finally, grab a bundle of firewood and a few basic supplies to wrap up the evening with s’mores on the beach!
